KRZYSZTOF AUGUSTIN (1950)
He studied at the Warsaw Fine Arts Academy. In the early 80-ties he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the State University of Veracruz in Mexico, where he ran a graphics workshop and gave seminars from the history of the art and co-created the University Gallery. In the years 1987-94 he cooperated with one of the most renown art galleries in Latin America, where artists such as Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Rufino Tamayo and Andre Breton showed their works and where in 1940 the first surrealist exhibition outside Europe took place. 1998-2006 he has given classes called "Workshop of Creation" at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. His works are included to the various private collections in Mexico, USA, France, Germany and Poland.
